Patricia Cox created these art quilts using both Angelina fibers and Shiva Paintstiks.

For the "Comfort" piece (shown above), Patricia wrote:  "The fabric was created using watercolor crayons and water, then rubbings of stamps to create trees and grass. I put angelina fibers on 2 sided fusible, ironed to adhere it and then cut out pieces and ironed them to the background to create a snowy ground. Then thread sketched all the details."

For "Ghostly Galleon" (shown below), she wrote:  "This was on a commercially dyed fabric. The moon was created by putting a thin layer of pebeo puffy paint, then hit it with an iron to puff it and give more dimensional look. I colored it using shiva paintstiks and brushes. The snowy areas were also created with shiva in blue, black and white blended with the brushes. Thread sketched the branch for extra detail."
